       Thank you for your inquiry into booking the TAVFT for your event! Some details: TAVFT requires a 10'W x 30'L x 15'H Flat/level Space For Parking. TAVFT is unable to drive through rough terrain and/or mud. TAVFT reserves the right to cancel attendance to an event as late as the [morning of the event] if weather conditions are sufficiently poor. TAVFT operates in a service area within a 25-30 mile radius of Portland, Maine. A minimum guarantee may be levied, the amount of which will be based on such factors as the month/day/time of event, historical attendance record, demographics, and/or distance from Portland.
