💲 Pricing

$1200 minimum (not including gratuity)
16% gratuity automatically added

Higher minimums may apply for:

Service hours longer than 3 hours
Travel time greater than 30 minutes
Evening service

Minimums may be waved for:

Public events with an established record of strong attendance

🚚 Parking Requirements

TAVFT requires a level parking space with minimum clearances of:

35 feet (length)
20 feet (width)
15 feet (height)

Access path must be free of:

Low-hanging wires or tree branches
Narrow access points
Challenging terrain (muddy roads, rough dirt roads, steep hills)

We strongly recommend sending an overhead diagram of the event grounds with:

Exact parking location clearly marked
Desired direction for our service window to face

⏱ Arrival Timing

We arrive two hours before the scheduled start of service
A designated point of contact should be available upon arrival to assist with parking
Once setup begins, the truck cannot be moved without causing significant service delays
